1. Who We Are

Furcasso is operated by Media68 Ltd, a private limited company registered in England & Wales under company number 16714880, with registered office at Highbury, Pinewood Crescent, RG18 9WL. References to "we", "our" and "us" in these terms mean Media68 Ltd. You can contact us at hello@furcasso.app or via our contact page.

2. Service Overview

Furcasso provides an AI-powered pet portrait generation service available at furcasso.app. By using our service you agree to these terms.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use Furcasso. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Free Generations

Each account receives up to 3 free preview generations. Free previews include a watermark and are for evaluation purposes only.

5. Purchases & Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe in GBP (£). Digital downloads are delivered immediately after payment. Printed products are produced and shipped by our print partner. Prints are available unframed or with a Black, Oak, or White frame.

6. Cancellation, Refunds & Your Statutory Rights

Digital downloads. Because digital artwork is delivered to you immediately on payment, you expressly consent — by completing checkout — to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 is lost once the download is made available to you.

Printed portraits (personalised goods). Printed pet portraits are made to your specification and personalised using your uploaded photo. Under regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described — in which case please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@furcasso.app for a free replacement or refund.

Pre-purchase regenerations. Before you pay, you can request free regenerations until you are happy with the result. See our Returns Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process your image for portrait generation. Generated portraits are licensed to you for personal and commercial use upon purchase.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Furcasso is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
