How long does it take to get my portrait?

Your digital portrait is ready in under 60 seconds. If you order a print, it's produced locally to you and typically arrives within 5 to 10 business days with free tracked shipping.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your portrait, we'll remake it for free, no questions asked.

What paper and print quality do you use?

Every print is produced on heavyweight 260gsm matte paper with archival, fade-resistant inks. Your portrait will stay vibrant for years to come.

Every Furcasso portrait is generated by you, for you. You choose the style, you see the result, and you only pay for a portrait you're happy with. Because of this, all sales are final once you've approved and purchased your portrait.

Not happy with your portrait preview?

That's what the regenerate button is for. You have up to 10 free regenerations before you purchase. Use them. Try different styles, experiment, and only checkout when you love what you see.

Something went wrong with your order?

If your print arrived damaged, the wrong size, or different to the portrait you purchased, we'll replace it immediately, no questions asked. Just contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Changed your mind?

Made a mistake at checkout? Contact us within 30 minutes and we'll do our best to help. After that, orders move straight to print and we're unable to make changes.

One important note

The portrait you purchase is exactly the portrait you saw on screen. Print colours may vary very slightly from screen to screen depending on your device's display settings. This is normal and not something we're able to account for.
