We're a small team and we read every message ourselves. Most enquiries get a personal reply within a few hours during UK working hours, and within 24 hours at weekends. There's no ticket system, no chatbot, no offshored support — just the people who actually make Furcasso.
What you can ask us about: anything to do with your pet portrait — preview issues, regenerations, picking the right style for your photo, print quality, framing options, shipping to your country, refunds inside our policy window, gift orders, bulk orders, or press and partnership enquiries. If you're an existing customer, please include your order number so we can find your portrait quickly.
Already ordered a print? Tracking links go out as soon as your portrait leaves the print partner. If yours hasn't arrived inside the expected window, or arrived damaged, message us within 48 hours and we'll sort a replacement at no cost. Full details are on our portrait promise page.
